all information Members provide to the Board in print form or information gathered on a
web site owned and/or controlled by the Ashland Board of REALTORS:

• The Board will gather the following types of information from REALTOR members:
              a) Contact information such as personal and business addresses,
                  Business phone, horne phone, cell phone and fax numbers, finn affiliations,
                  titles and designations
              b) E-mail addresses
              c) Real Estate License File numbers
              d) Credit card numbers may be gained by the Board through the online
                  payment service on the Ashland Board of REALTORS website. This credit
                  card information will only he used to process payments/registration fees to
                  which the Member has authorized or registered for on the ABOR website.
                  This information is not sold, shared or traded. The Board does not hold this
                  information on file.

• The Ashland Board of REALTORS will use the above-mentioned information to:
           a) Process and maintain membership records
           b) Inform members of information pertinent to the real estate industry.
           c) Send ABOR newsletters
           d) Notify Members of relevant products and services
           e) Notify Members of upcoming events and programs
            f) Collect fees/dues for membership and/or programs provided by the Board

• The Ashland Board of REALTORS does not share, sell or trade e-mail addresses,
    phone numbers or home addresses. This information is only made available to
    REALTOR and Affiliate Members oftbe Ashland Board of REALTORS upon

• The Ashland Board ofREALTORS does not share, sell or otherwise provide other
   information about the Members of the Board to third parties.
